Need a new baby card? This will certain delight the new parents. This very sweet baby card has a black card stock base which has a white mat embossed with a diamond pattern. The gathered "see-through" black ribbon goes around the white mat and creates a festive touch. The baby buggy was cut out with my Cricut Explore machine and is decorated with back and black polka dot designer paper. It is mounted on the white mat using dimensionals. So sweet! At the top of the card is a white tag with a black mat and has the sentiment Congratulations! stamped on it in black ink. Inside the card has a white mat with a little adorable butterfly stamped in the lower right corner. The card measures 5.5" by 4.25" and comes packaged with an envelope
